The Ambassador of France to Nicosia, Mr. Jean-Luc Florent paid a courtesy visit to the Cyprus Turkish Football Association (CTFA).
The Ambassador came to see the President Sertoğlu of the CTFA Monday afternoon on the 4th of May. During the visit, the French Ambassador and the President of the CTFA discussed various issues including the process between the CTFA and KOP, as well as the new statutes of the CTFA that are currently being prepared in line with those of FIFA and UEFA.
At the end of the meeting, President Sertoğlu expressed his honour of receiving the Ambassador at the CTFA Headquarters while the Ambassador expressed his support, in return, to the ongoing process of reunification of Cypriot football.
The CTFA Vice President Ali Karavezirler and the CTFA International Relations Coordinator Deniz Birinci were also present during the meeting with the Ambassador.
